I am amazed by Will and his partners in selling my parents two apartment buildings as well as finding two homes for my siblings. He was more than an active participant in coordinating a smooth transition for all family members to close within a month. Will volunteered to assist family members with travel when necessary as well as assist in any matters that required attention. He promptly returned phone calls and never failed to find a solution to pending issues. Will is extremely patient, polite, and has extremely good negotiation skills, always working to meet the needs of the seller and the buyer in mutual agreement.
